Eyewear service was terrible!! When I was looking for a new frame, the lady took my old eyeglasses to the back to clean lenses and came back with scratches all over. She kept denying she did nothing but clean lens, no apology at all. I end up ordered new lens after seeing a doctor. Then she again messed up when I asked to use my VSP benefit for lenses, she didn't use the benefit and charged the regular price. It was too late to correct the situation when I found out. I spent money which could be covered by my insurance. She had a bad attitude, no knowledge for insurance.
