I rented the 40 person bus for a birthday party from Canton to Cleveland. First the company never called to confirm anything the day before and I had rented the bus a month in advance nor did they give me a number for the driver to contact him. Then the driver was supposed to pick us up at 11:00 pm but he still hadn't showed or called by 11:20 and I had no way to contact him and the company itself had closed at 4pm that day. Once he did show (half hour late) I told him I wanted a discount since I was paying hourly and he instead extended our time by a half hour. The ride there and ride home was very fun and was an excellent time. However the next day I received an email saying I was charged $75.00 as a late arrival fee because he dropped us off 30 minutes later than originally planned even though we verbally agreed on this as a result of him coming late. I called the company and they refunded the 75.00. Overall fun bus and nice secretary but the driver was the worst host and rude

Hosted a great Bachelor party for my best freind. We got into all of the bars for free, and Rockin Cleveland had tables and drink specials for us at every bar we went too. Great time, I will deff use them again.

I used ROCKIN CLEVELAND's "Sinatra" party bus for my 21st bday. Nothing went right with them AT ALL!! The driver was 30 minutes late, the dvd player did not work, there was NO mood lighting, the bus broke down and we had to wait forever to go home. Then dealing with the "owners" of ROCKIN CLEVELAND wasn't at all pleasant. They offered me an hour free for next time, like I would even consider using them again! They were rude and full of excuses. I'd give 0 stars if I could.local favorite, or highly recommended because
