- Sports MedicineDr. Nadia Nava-Diaz was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, where she graduated from Nardin Academy in 1994. After receiving her Master’s and Doctorate Degrees in Physical Therapy from D’Youville and Daemen College, she has pursued advanced training in Manual Therapy including myofascial release and soft tissue mobilization, along with multiple courses for spinal conditions, orthopedic and sports injuries. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and playing volleyball.
