Just finished shopping here and was checked out at the register by the manager/checker who was busy texting into her phone while I stood there holding out my hand with cash to pay for my purchases, eventually she took my money, set it down and continued to look at her phone rather than finish attending to me--her customer. Turns out the person in line behind me was a friend and she wanted to show him pictures. When I asked if she needed me to come back later, she looked up and laughed and opened the register to give me my change. I try to give my business to smaller grocery stores rather than large mega stores but no more. This is not the first time I have experienced bad customer service here. There have been other incidences of personal cell phone use while attending a customer and I will no longer be shopping at this store.
