General Info
Facts About Our Business Aston Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, AAHA-certified, small animal facility providing professional health care for your pet. Established in the late 1940's by Dr. Weir. From 1952 on, Dr. Buckwalter operated the hospital as a mixed animal practice. Late in 1983, Dr. Brzezinski purchased the single-doctor hospital from the Buckwalter family. In November of 1987 and through April of 1989, the hospital underwent an extensive expansion and complete renovation. In the process, we have upgraded all functional areas, more than tripled the interior hospital space, and employ five full time doctors, all in an effort to better serve the local pet population and their owners. Our staff strives to practice quality veterinary medicine and surgery with a personal touch and in a comfortable atmosphere. It is our clear intention to be responsive to you and especially your pet's needs. We are committed to staying current with advances in veterinary medicine that enable us to prevent or control disease, as well as providing your loved pet with the finest medical care available. An AAHA Certified Hospital since 1989 and re-certified in 1994, 1998, 2002, and most recently April 2007

Tonight, I had to deal with "putting down" my closest friend, my cat of 22 years. Besides understanding that I needed to come in asap, they treated us with the upmost care and compassion (which was a blessing, considering our normal vet couldnt see us for a few hours). They made sure that my baby was comfortable, and made sure her passing was easy.I am now looking to switch from our vet to Aston Veterinary, due to their compassion, willingness to squeeze us in so our pet wouldnt suffer, and the care they showed us during one of the hardess times I have ever been through.
