This was the first time an eight year old had been to see a dentist and the parent needed to be with her. This was not allowed by the front office and the parent was treated very badly and told that they would not treat the child. With today's problems of child sexual abuse, who can blame a parent for wanting to be with their child when a stranger was taking care of them?? Parents need to be allowed to be with a minor child when they are being treated by any professional. This is only one of two dentist that the Oregon insurance will recognize. We need BETTER, respectful companies to care for our children even if we do get State aid for our children. We will NEVER recommend this office for anyone we know or that needs low-cost dental care for their family.
