      I had appointment window from 330 to 530. The office called to see if they can change time from noon to 3 and I agreed. I had much to do that day and made sure I was home by noon. I finally called office at 4:15 as they still werent here. They finally arrived at 4:30 but probably would not have if I didnt call. It was a waisted day to sit and wait all day for them. Plus it took 2 1/2 weeks for someone to even come out. Pretty poor service. If you are at home all day anyway with nothing to do then this would be the perfect company for you. If you are on a time frame, I would try someone else. Guys were nice enough and they got fireplace to work.
