They did exactly what was expected. Took a little time for my canopy to be shipped but installation was clean and quick
This is our last time doing business here. If you want to be treated rudely while they take your money, this is the place to go. I loved sitting in their waiting room for an hr waiting for our canopy to be installed and then having the guy come out and toss the keys at me and grunt that it was done.
I was from out of town traveling on business. I needed a latch for the canopy on my pickup. As I was driving by Kanopy Kountry I remembered I need this part. I stopped in told Scott about me needs. Scott went in back room and came back with exactly what I needed. Remember I am from out the area and do not live there. Scott said that would be $ 3.00. I did not have any cash on hand only my credit card. Scott said that the sale was too small to use credit card so he handed me the part and said here you. He gave the part for free. Wow what a cool place to do business with. If you need anything they have it. I highly recommend Kanopy Kountry to do business with they care about you. ( I went home installed the part and sent Scott 3 bucks in mail)
Bought a new ARE MX canopy for my truck. Satisfied with the canopy except for the fit and operation of the side and back doors. Niether fit right when I brought the canopy home and this after both were replaced after problems following the initial install. Wayne was courteous and patient but unfortunately he and his guys weren't able to get the doors working right and I can't keep taking the cap back. Fixed one of the doors easily myself.
