Established in 1985, Work Performance Center is a medical facility that provides a range of health care services for individuals of all ages. It offers physical evaluation, health screening, and hand and on-site therapy services. The center additionally provides education, training, work conditioning, preplacement, capacity evaluation and ergonomics assessment solutions. Its staff includes skilled and trained physicians, case managers, health promotion specialists, and physical and occupational therapists. The center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. It is a department of the Asante Health System, which is a locally owned medical facility that serves more than 530,000 residents throughout southern Oregon and northern California. Work Performance Center is located in Medford, Ore.
