Terrible customer service. This wife handles all his calls and schedules appointments. Clearly unprofessional as I waited the entire for Frank to come for a service call. Never showed up and I had to call three times before his wife answered the phone. The first time she was screaming that she had to call me back, and then when she finally did call me back, she got nasty stating to me that other jobs take priority and he would not be able to come today. Clearly a whole day was wasted. I told her that I would no longer need their service. Thumbs down...don’t waste your time.

Had a relay issue on the furnace control box on a COLD Sunday night. In a panic, I didn't know it as easy a fix... I called a few local numbers. Saw that Savins was about a mile away from us. Called around 11PM, understandable if they couldn't come THEN. The next morning would be fine but what a miserable, borderline nasty woman who answered the phone. Lambasted me for calling at that time when they advertise"emergency/24 hrs" what have you ...she's rude to me and to whomever she was talking to to there. I'd assume that was her husband, Frank. Told her where I was, that we were nearly "neighbors", she said she'd tell him to come. Get a call back in a few minutes ..."FRANK SAVIN CAN'T COME TO YOUR HOUSE, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!" ...bam. Called Southern Comfort, another local, the next street over from us actually, they came spot on and they were ENTIRELY different people. Very nice and accomdating.
