AWFUL customer service by the woman who owns it! Very abrasive and I was told it would be five minutes then it turned into over a half an hour and by the time she soaked off my gel polish and kept hopping between other customers I decided I wouldn't wait any longer especially with her bad attitude and she over charged me for just taking off gel polish. Will never waste my time or money there again!!

TERRIBLE! SERVICE! Do not go here; The lady had a terrible attitude from the start. I When i got there i showed the lady what i wanted for my nails but she couldn't do the designed so after i got my feet done (which was a half a**ed job) i started searching for something else that i could get, she began to rush me even tho there were no other customers there. She was rude and getting upset that i hadnt given her a picture yet, i eventually just left after paying for my feet due to her nasty attitude.. If you're in medford just drive down the street to best nail much better customers service and quality service

Worst nail salon I have ever gone to for a manicure. I will never go back. Owner / owner ' s wife has an attitude. There was no one waiting but she couldn't get done quick enough. I had to ask her to put the polish on the full nail not just the center. I was told that I owed $ 18 which I paid. As I was drying my nails she said she made an error that I owed $ 21 then she said I owed $ 23. As my nails were drying she can over and said my nails were dry and turned off the dryer. My nails smudged when I got in my car. I wasted my money . I do a better job on my own nails at home. I definitely would recommend that you drive right by this place.

I love this place , they do excellent job, manicure last more than 2 week, they pay attention to detail. The nail technician did a very nice jobs and friendly. The nail shop is very clean and they used brand new buffer for each customer. I get big discount because of grand opening. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

This is the best Nails salon in Medford. They do AMAZING manicure and pedicure I have ever had. It is brand new nails salon, clean, none of the chemical smell. There are 3 options of Spa pedicure. I got the organic Green Tea pedicure, which included a nice massage with sugar scrub, moisture mash, massage cream with hot towels and hot stone and it is an hour services . The price was great for the services I received. They are offer a $10 off for Grand Opening. I would recommend this nails shop to anyone seeking services. Try this Nails salon out and you never regreted or disapointed.

I got a pedicure spa on a walk-in on Wednesday. It was not crowded at all, very clean, and very quiet. I got a seat immediately and was worked on right away. The massage chair was great and the staff was professional, courteous and offer me free drink. On top of that I get 25% off for the grand opening discount. I would recommend to my friends, definitely I will come back again.
