I ordered uniform supplies 3 weeks ago, on 8/21/2021, and got an automated email message saying the order would ship within 3-4 weeks (even though I specified I would pick up the order from the Medford storefront).

It is noteworthy that this business doesn’t answer the phone they advertise as their primary contact number.

3 weeks later, on 9/11/2021, there was no update on the order. I emailed the business and asked for an update on 9/10/2021 and 9/14/2021.

There is still no response from the business. The business still doesn’t answer the phone they advertise as their primary contact number.

I've been buying my uniforms here for years for my son and daughter. Very friendly service and close to my school.

Horrible. I ordered online in Sept. for my daughters uniform and when I received it, they had sent me another schools logo on the sweatshirt that I ordered. I tried to order my daughter another sweatshirt today and a pair of sweatpants and when I clicked on purchase it charged me for someone else's order! I spoke with a woman on the phone who was very nice but couldn't help me since "the guy who does online orders was not in" and only he can I guess. Whatever she was nice and told me to come in. After I spoke with this woman I went onto the website a third time and was going to place an order when I realized another shoppers name, address and email address were right there for everyone to see. I emailed the woman to let her know her info was there for everyone to see. I deleted it. Hopefully that'll prevent it from coming up again when someone is trying to order. This is absolutely ridiculous. I advise everyone to not order online until they fix this error. Go through the hassle and go there in person and make sure everything is correct and get what you're actually paying for. If I didn't need the school logo I would never go there again.
