Absolute joke as a dealership. I made came to an agreement about the price of a Certified Preowned car and started negotiations to purchase it. The salesman (Joe) kept telling me how I was getting such a deal so I should be grateful for the offer on my trade in vehicle. They offered me more than $1000 below what the lowest value my car could possibly be. The car I wanted to buy was only at fair market price, but you would have thought it was a Bentley the way the salesman acted. He told me "no deal" in the middle of negotiations at which point I left. He called after a while and said he would give more money "if that would make me happy" in a condescending tone. The sales manager didn't even acknowledge us as living when appraising the car, the clerk didn't even greet us or look at us the multiple times we were in the building. Overall they are not friendly, hostile in negotiations, and customer service is an afterthought.
