My 90 yr old mother was treated with respect and dignity. She was at the time a bit hearing impaired and was a bit slow in making up her mind about what frames to get because of her horrible eyesight in the first place. The young lady that took care of her prescription really showed she cared for her. When we came back to get her glasses mom said that something was wrong. No problem, they double checked and all was right at their end so we went back to her specialist and sure enough it was that they made a mistake not Walmart Vision Center. The young lady sent back the glasses and corrected the prescription strength at no extra charge to my mother. The reason I gave it a 4 is because we do not like the noise that came from the store which made it hard for my mother to understand the young lady and it was hard to park and walk into the store for mom. We are going back though because the service is excellent.
