Provided by YP.comWalked in and was seen very quickly. Ability to do an x-ray on site and air boot upon immediate reading of xrays. Referral to specialist was also quickly.

Provided by YP.comEach staff member from the check-in desk, checking vitals, x-ray technician doctor to check out..courteous and professional. The anti inflammatory prescribed improved my condition tremendously. Highly recommended.

Provided by YPmobileThis place is terrible. I not only went back to an exam room in ten minutes and then waited one hour for a doctor. Then, three days later, I was called and told my culture showed my prescription was not responding so I asked for a different drug than the dr recommended so it took them another 24 hours to call in the new prescription. They certainly aren't very compassionate. Will not go back.

Provided by YPmobileMy dr awoke a 940 crying from severe ear pain. They were open til 10. I called them and said I was bringing her in. They advised me they close at 10. About a mile or so from the office I called and said I was almost there. Described my daughters symptoms and said I should be there by 10. I pulled in the parking lot at 10 and tried getting in but was told the doors get locked at 10 and if no one is in the building the Drs leave. I ask if they could just wait a min because my 5 year old was crying in pain. I was directed to the west shore hospital where I waited for 2 hours. Shame on them for taking 15 min to diagnose and give a prescription for an ear infection. I will NEVER go here again. I get you wanna go home but to turn down care to a child?? Shame on them!!

Provided by YP.comI will never go here again, as a person who worked in the medical field I can tell you that they were very unprofessional lacked any empathy of the severe pain i was in and sent me home with absolutely nothing to help. Since then i have been to my primary care doc who said my neck is severely out of alignment has several very large bone spurs and my spinal cord is being impinged. They didn't even order an MRI to see if the spinal cord was compromised...which it is..... You would think knowing the history of 2 spinal laminectomies and a spinal fusion they would have taken my condition more seriously. SO now i go see the nuerosurgeon AGAIN and hope they won't cut me again. What really bothers me is they sent me home with a shot of toradol and told me i would be fine.................REALLY?

Provided by YP.comI will never return to this Patient Care First Clinic. Although I was only in the reception area for 10-miutes I waitied in an examination room for over 1 1/2 hours. A nurse stopped to take blood before (for an upper respiratory infection) before I was examined by a doctor or physician's assistant. I left the clinic before I was examined. (Note: I overheard the receptionist say that they are required to move patients from the reception area to the examination room within 15 minutes. I guess there is no requirement on the lenghth of time it will then take you to see a doctor or physicians assistant).

Provided by YP.comThey charged me over $100 just for a TB test when I could have gotten it done for only $27 at Concentra.I know how much Concentra charges because last year I had it done there. It would seem that all of these places would basically charge the same for things, but they do not. I was never told how much the test would cost and I am upset about this because money is tight. Don't ever go to this place and get deceived and ripped off like I was.

Provided by YP.comNot worth it. Go to All Better Care or better yet to Concentra Walk in on Ritter Road. I went in and registered via the touch monitor. I waited. Waited. Waited. Kept watching others come in and go in. Maybe there injuries were more severe? I finally went and asked and I was not in queue. Turns out the receptionist had DELETED my name in the queue for some unknown reason. SO I waited for 1 hour in the waiting room. The doctor was inattentive. Billing has been a pain in the rear. Concentra is WAY better since they give you a discount up front if you pay (since you won't meet the deductible). I will never go to Patient first again.
