      It's one of the worst experience.
      1. Not all cleaned in Reception area nor in Procedure area, the medical equipment is dusted.
      2. No smile on the reception face
      3. They asked me to wait outside after taking my x-rays, and they totally forgot for 2 hours until I remind them. My file is sitting next to them and they said no staff member has reminded them about the file. I am really shocked.
      4. I see 3 people leaving with out attending their appointment, the staff members are not even sorry.
      5. I left the office since I wasted my almost half-day by just sitting.

      I would like to suggest everyone to think trice before visiting this place.

      They didn't even say sorry for making me wait for such a long time and forgetting my file.
