Erie Bank of Meadville makes banking upfront and personal - the employees become your friends, but remain professional and helpful. The checking account we have, with repaid fees when using out of town ATMS, plus interest gained each month through our account, are the main reasons we choose to remain with Erie Bank, even though we have moved out of the area. Just went to bank today and found a beautiful building. Service was very slow and when I asked teller about setting up an account, he seemed disinterested. I would not call it a friendly bank although the employees were polite. I expected a person who wanted a customer for the bank. . Apparently customer service is not a service.

Have not yet open a business account. However, upon reviewing the various products offered by Erie Bank and others. I was very impressed and the agent I worked with was knowledgeable and professional. Wasn't initially sure about Erie Bank but I believe that they are the real thing. Like their products and professional staff.
