Easy to work with, response to phone call was immediate, fixed problem quickly and easily and I did not even have to leave the house or take my computer anywhere. Great service, highly recommend!

This place is wonderful! We have an IT company at work which I had the same virus at work a month prior. My work computer was down for several hours and I was told they could not save any of my information. PCS was at my house for 2 hours (only because my computer needed some updates-my bad) and I did not lose anything! They are also very professional and I felt confident with them around for 10+ yrs that I would not have to worry about any security issures with any of my information.

I had an issue about 2 weeks after they serviced my pc. It may or may not have had something to do with the work performed, but the guy on the phone remoted into my system and fixed it in about 5 minutes. They probably could have told me some computer jargin and convinced me it wasn't their faut, but they just politely fixed it right away. I'm impressed. Thanks!

I called and they came out and fixed it the same day. They were half the price of the last company I used and the guy they sent really knew his stuff. I'm sure I'll be calling them again.
