Veterinarian, Stan Wood DVM, is the owner and has over 32 years of experience. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP). This organization has certified him as a board certified specialist in canine and feline practice. Dr.Wood is one of the nine board certified canine/feline specialist in Oregon. What does is mean to become a board certified specialist?: ABVP certifies practitioners with exceptional knowledge, skill and competency. Board certified diplomat have pursued additional training, have made a serious commitment to continuing education, and have demonstrated by the certification process that they are capable of providing a level of clinical practice that is clearly superior to the norm of the profession.

Dr. Wood has given my anti social cat the best exam any of my pets have ever been given. He took the time and patience it takes to check out my pet completely. I found the vet I will always trust to care for my pets.
