Multiple problems. bought brand new heating and air unit. First summer it is used it doesn't work right. called owner who installed the system and he said it should be cooling the house better but everything is working according to his readings on his gauges. Had to call another company and they found the problem in less than an hour. The air handler had a piece of insulation installed from the factory that had fallen down and blocked half the air flow. Called owner back and he did not care and would do nothing to take care of my concern. He also said that it wasn't covered under warranty and he would have charged me anyway. Called Goodman (the manufacturer of my equipment) they said it was covered under warranty. Very poor customer service. Also the only employee of this company is the owner and he has a day job working for another company. Good luck getting him back out after he takes your money.
