One of its divisions, JER Partners, is a fully integrated private equity, real estate investment management company, with more than 20 years experience in sourcing, underwriting and managing a broad spectrum of real estate products. Another division, JER Investors Trust, is a specialty finance company focused on commercial real estate structured finance products, including commercial mortgage backed securities, mezzanine loans, mortgage loans, bridge loans, net-leased real estate, and preferred equity. J. E. Robert Companies third division, JER Revenue Services, assists local governments with servicing delinquent taxpayers.
