Sharp Wellness provides in-person and virtual counseling to high-functioning adolescents and adults. We provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients to overcome barriers that have prevented them from living their best lives. Sharp takes pride in creating a collaborative environment, allowing clients to tap into their unique experiences to regain control of their lives. Sharp Wellness works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma, grief, parenting, stress management, and women's issues.
