My specialty is helping buyers and sellers, especially buyers who have been shut out of the home buying process due to credit issues or down payment issues. I also work with home rentals and lease with an option to purchase programs I consultation with my clients to assist them in removing obstacles to home ownership by helping them improve their financial profile and credit scores, making recommendations to reduce debt and offer advice about various programs to assist buyers with down payment assistance and home loan pre-approval.
