Prior review is pretty harsh. I haven't had any complaints with them since buying my 350Z in early 2008. Well, I take that back: I have them service the car solely. They are always attentive and do what they say and are timely about getting me in and out of there. Price wise, yes, its a bit more expensive than a 10 minute oily/lub place, but its worth it to me to have all the service records in one place. My complaint, they chipped the paint on one of my mag wheels during service involving wheel balance. I didn't notice it until a week later. They replaced it without question, but I would expect a bit more quality work from the shop, I mean, the tech must have been right there at the wheel when the socket chipped the paint. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them...that is, if I wanted a Nissan again.

Unethical sales team. The car I purchased here was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any purchase over a couple of hundred dollars. My salesperson promised me free oil changes which the dealership did not honor (I've read another review which showed that I'm not the only one this happened to). Poorly run dealership run by unethical people .
