Called this company on Saturday night around 11pm with the concern that we are smelling sewage in one of the bathrooms and were concerned about sewer gas. I was told that a technician would call me back, and was quoted $199 for a visit after 10:30pm, but that it would go towards the cost of any repairs. I agreed, however a tech never called. I called again on Sunday to provide feedback and was told that they were having issues with the answering service. The process is that they should have texted a tech after they obtained my credit card info, however no-one asked for my credit card info, so the tech was never texted. Instead the info was just emailed over for the company to see the next afternoon. They apologized and said they would send someone out on Monday with no trip charge, but that the technicians had meetings on Monday morning, and would call me when they could send one. I received a call on Monday morning around 9am, but was on another call. I called back within 15 minutes and was told the technician had already gone elsewhere. I was told I'd be put back on the list. No issue with this, however I called again after 1pm to make sure I was still on the list and was assured that I was. I called again a little before 5pm to check again, and was told I was still on the list and they would have dispatch call me back in a few minutes to let me know how things were looking. Needless to say, no call. It's now 10:30pm on Monday evening and and my issue has not been resolved and I've yet to hear from a technician or dispatch. Looking for someone else. Beyond disappointing and a total waste of time.
