General Info
A native of Southlake, Lauren Dethlefs, PA-C, received a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in College Station She completed a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she graduated summa cum laude. She is certified by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Lauren worked in emergency and urgent care settings prior to her move to family practice in 2013. Lauren enjoys learning about and integrating the natural side of medicine and traditional practices. She is passionate about wellness, preventive care, urgent care, and managing chronic conditions. Lauren believes in putting patients first and working collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their healthcare goals.
