Ok, I want everyone to know that I have saved over $1,600 on my teeth fixing with this plan. I have had it since about 2002. I have ovarian cancer and the chemo was horrible for my teeth. Superpages has the phone number wrong, however I was able to reach them easily, I had lost my member cards. There phone number is four six nine, seven four two, zero seven five zero by the way! I just saved over $100 thru them and Dr. Goodheart on a one surface filling.
