This is the worst service experience I have ever encountered. These guys left the old fence in the middle of our driveway (couldn't get our cars out of the garage without running over) for over 2 weeks. Always promised to move the fence "sometime tomorrow" and never did (we had to pay $ to get hauled off). They buried EVERY one of our sprinklers in cement and refused to fix/take care of (I had to pay extra $ to a sprinkler company for that). After they finished the job, we could not ever get them to come out and stain the fence as they promised, so we had to pay extra $ for that too. We noticed after they had charged our credit card that about 10 of the slats were very badly damaged during the installation. We asked about getting those fixed and were told (they "should be covered under warranty, we'll get someone out there in a week or two to take care of"). Now over a year later and more text and voice messages than I can count, no return call, no fixed fence. These guys are a joke.
