General Info
I was born in Mexico and moved to Texas when I was a teenager. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2010 and began my career in a nursing home and rehabilitation center and later worked in pediatric home health. Then, I worked at the OB high risk unit at Parkland Memorial Hospital for 5 years. I like to work with all age groups using a holistic approach. I am passionate about wellness and preventive care as well as educating patients about their health. I decided to fully focus on these areas and earned a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Family Practice from Texas Woman’s University in 2019. I am board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioner (AANP). I am married and have an 8-year-old son and a Shih Tzu named Lucas. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, working out, and oil painting.

I’ve transitioned here from Chicago and the medical attention I’ve received out in Chicago will not stand a chance with the care I was provided at this medical center. My son in law and daughter have reassured me that my medical needs will not be overlooked out here! Kristy took the time to set up my future appointments and my referrals as well, something that would never have been done back in Chicago! I’m so glad and feel less stressful knowing I’ve made the right choice when selecting Dr. Vicki Seidmeyer as my PCP. Shout out to Alma Pederson & Kristy Bush! Love you ladies!!!
