I can not express enough the great experience I have had with this repair service. First time: Got estimate, time frame and cost all within the quote. Second time I called, they called me by my first name. Evidently they keep my name and phone on record. Never did I get a solicitation call. Within less than 30 minutes my second repair was complete. They are kind, polite and helpful. They conduct business in a way it should be
These folks are the best! I took my Kirby vacuum cleaner to them today for repair and they replaced the belt and roller for only $11. I don't know how they can make any money, but they've got a customer for life in me. Two years ago, I had a belt replaced and spent $75! All Vac did the repairs while I waited so they saved me more money since I didn't have to use more gas to make a trip back. The repair lady was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did the work really quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!
I have gone to the vacuum place across the street from this shop for years. NO MORE!!!! I took a Hoover Agility carpet cleaner to ALL-VAC and they fixed it in like 3 minutes AT NO CHARGE!!! the place across the street wouldn't even look @ it. said it wasn't worth fixing. soooooo.......
ALL VAC ROCKS!!! they are fair, honest, and friendly. what more would you want or need in a business today?
