I HAVE HAD 2 CARS REPAIRED AT REX'S AND IN BOTH CASES THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY WIFE'S CAR WAS CONSIDERED A TOTAL BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE REPAIR COSTS WERE MORE THAN THE VALUE OF THE CAR. REX REPAIRED IT FOR THE INSURANCE SETTLEMENT AND YOU CANNOT TELL IT WAS EVER IN AN ACCIDENT. I AM HAVING THEM DO WORK ON MY CLASSIC 1996 F-150 THAT I SHOW. I WILL SEND ALL MY FREINDS AND RELATIVES TO REX'S. JOE CREASEY

We had a minor bump with another vehicle. Damage less than $600. Wanted to pay out of pocket for repairs. The other party went to Rex Auto. The other party stated that there was prior damage that they wanted included in the estimate since it was now going through the insurance. They blatantly lied to the insurance adjuster when it was questioned. And who pays for this? Not the insurance company! Hard to keep insurance rates down when this happens. Probably happens all over but 1st time I've been taken advantage of!
