Think twice before signing up with this practice. Unreliable hours... must be why the hours aren't posted anywhere. Have even gone for an appointment and they were closed.They rarely call back if you leave a message. The phone system is inconsistent as to whether it will allow you to leave a message or not. Have gotten numerous letters stating our payment was late when we have automatic draft. The office is very poorly managed.

I have had five brackets to pop off within 7mos. My teeth look worst now than they did before I had braces!!! I'm so upset right now. My last bracket came off I called to get it put back on, and someone told me they would call me and did not!!

My daughter just got braces and 2 days later a bracket popped off. I called and they said they could see her in a week!! I think that is insane that they can't see patients sooner even thought it is not an "emergency". Not sure we made the right choice..
