ive been a loyal customer to Aloha Tans for years. Some of their staff is extremely nice and helpful. However I had an employee check the door to see if it was locked, i panicked and didnt say anything i thought they had left so i continued to get out of the bed ( the timer had literally just gone off) when an employee opened the LOCKED door i slammed the door back. she apologized saying she thought i was out. the timer literally had just rang so there is no way i cud have gotten dressed that fast. after i dressed as a speed walked out of the building the employee said nothing which i found rude after what they had done. Needless to say if I had the time or $ 2 go somewhere else I wud due to this embarassing experience. One of the worst experiences of my life I no longer feel comfortable there.

The young lady in the front counter didn't tell me you have 4 min from the moment they mark you here until you get in the bed. It starts automatically. As i'm about to walk to the room, she starts talking about sunscreen & back applicator. i buy it (cost:$40.) by the time i get to the room & start applying the lotion, the bed turns on. i went to her & asked her Why? She said "oh ok, hold on." so i wait 5 min. She comes to me & says "sorry. i can't restart it. you might as well get in & use the time you have left." i got in & had 2 min left. I was upset. What a waste of money. (you can only go once a day. needless to say, i am giving a complaint.)
