I just had a positive experience with this repair shop. The staff is "old school", knowlegeable, reliable and trustworthy. The manager, Shane is like someone that everybody knows. His staff is a reflection of him. Candid, patient and knowlegeable, while possessing an uncanny sense of urgency, he is truly a man of his word. Not only did I get great service, but assistance when I was unsure about driving a vehicle that I had just recently taken in for repair a month ago. Sceptic about a leak, I was about three hours away and near the North Carolina state line, when I called Shane and asked for assistance. By the way, this was on a Saturday morning. Fearing that it may have been serious and concerned for my safety, as well as the reputation of his shop, he sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and examined and repaired the leak. When I told him what was going on he kindly stating "I can send my driver and a tow truck to get you back home". Who does that in this day and time? Awesome!
