It was a nice experience as far as the people that work for Gator... they are helpful and polite. Just so no one make the same mistake we did on our trip. If you are a first timer, DO NOT take the long tour, especially if you are bringing children. I suggest taking the two hour tour just to start off. The longer tour is full of trees and logs under water that are not noticed until it hits you. Just some advice... Take the two hour tour for beginners or children. Signed Sunburnt and bruised Up.
