I have been living in the Mosaic Lofts apartments for 1 year so I can speak from experience. My stay there has been excellent!! The cost of my apartment is in line with other apartments in the McAllen-Edinburg area and the sq. ft. area for my 3 bedroom - 2 bath apartment is extremely nice. Well insulated, which leads to low electric bills and the space for a washer & dryer is very good. Security, parking, and grounds upkeep are excellent with the pool, hot-tub, outdoor grill area, and exercise center being first rate and clean. Friendly neighbors, EXCELLENT SERVICE from Charlie & staff, and attention to detail make this a special place to live.
