Find somewhere else to shop. There are approximately 10 employees walking around the shop floor, yet they all seem to disappear every time you need assistance. When i walked in, i went to look at the open pens of Parakeets and Bunnies, and 4 staff members came up and asked if I needed anything, to which I replied: I will in a minute. After I finished browsing, I walked up to a group of employees and they dispersed, 3 going to the back, 1 walking right past me, and the last went to put something on the shelves. I finally got the attention of a worker, and asked for the biggest feeder mouse they had. He brought the box and said "It'll be waiting for you in the front". After a few minutes of browsing with my Girlfriend, I went to the front desk, where 3 employees were arguing with a customer. I waited. And waited. And waited. Paid $4.32, an insane price, for my mouse. After all this horrible service. I got home and opened the box to feed my Python and see the skinniest tiny mouse ever.

This place has very knowledgable people. It is also very clean with a good selection of both salt and freshwater fish.

I love this place they have everything you need for your pet! And the puppies are so cute and the facility is TOP NOTCH super clean and the employee are helpfull and friendly and when you ask the employee where they get their puppies they are proud to say where from and they also have a tv monitor in the entrance of the door to show where they get them. I HIGHLY RECOMMAND THIS PLACE. I LOVE THIS PET STORE!!!!!
