Every time I turn my tv on I get a pink screen..Vyve told me to unplug power from their box for a minute then plug it back in. well it takes 4 or 5 times of doing that and I'll finally get picture and sound. I have to repeat that from every 10 minutes to a couple of hours. I am going to a dish provider anything is better than this fly by night company. Remember that we don't need them but they need us. I give then zero stars. Had to rate it one star. They won't let me submit without a rating. Go figure.

Their cable tv service is pitiful at best. Worthless guides & channel info is nearly always incorrect when they are working at all. Their internet service thank God is better, atleast one can watch shows online with out to many interruptions. All this & they keep asking for price increases!!

There is no picture on Tvs this afternoon - Feb.10, 2015 - What is the problem? We are paying higher prices for Cable TV and getting less service, There is no phone listed on statement to call about the service.

They need to (1) update TV Guide (2) fix whatever keeps causing TV service interruptions (3) fix the interference on the telephone lines and (4) update their information on the OETA schedule. Otherwise happy with the added channels.

I havent had cable or internet service for a month or longer and I called the vyve broadband to make arrangements for paying my last bill. I was told I am being charged for a months bill I havent had service. Since allegiance left and this company took over they are really taking advantage of people
