Very reliable and courteous service.
Worthy's have been our Trash and Recycling service people for over six years - best service ever - friendly and prompt. Never an issue with the pick ups.
I have been with Worthy's for over a year now, and I would like to take the time to recognize them for the wonderful service they provide. I, once again, forgot to set my trash out!! And my guy opened my gate and emptied my can!!! Now, I don't care who you are... not too many people can say this about their trash service! For as long as I have trash service, Worthy's will be it! You Guys are the BEST!!!
Awesome customer service. They do come quite early in the morning, but so do all the others. We were out of town on vacation for three weeks, they agreed to pick up all the extra yard clippings we had no extra charge, no problems. They also answer the phone most every time I call.... that is not something I can say of the other providers in this area.

to be completely honest, Worthy's does not even deserve one star. a few months ago, my boyfriend and his friend discovered a Worthy's recycling truck driving past my boyfriend's house around 2 in the morning. they were puzzled as to why a recycling truck would be driving by at that time. the truck sped down my boyfriend's private drive, at about 60 miles an hour, then go about 6 miles an hour past the house. no one can tell me that that's not fishy at all. this truck and it's ignorant driver make loud noises, to the point where my boyfriend can hear them about 3 miles away, and they are a disturbance of the peace. alsp, they do not pick up any recycling, and they make a few circles around the house and the surrounding neighborhoods. not only does it scare me, but it scares the neighbors as well. I will be calling Worthy's in the morning, and if I get a sense of rudeness or audacity from these people, I will not hesitate to call the police and let them handle this.

Worthy's may provide excellant service for their customer, but they have no regard for anyone in the neighborhood. This morning (03-20-12) at 1:53 a.m. they were in our neighborhood collecting trash. Who in their right minds collects trash at that time in the morning. Our windows were open and there was no way to sleep through the noise they were creating. You could hear the trash containers being drug across the road, then the back of the truck must have been full so they compacted the trash and then drove off in the loudest trash truck you can imagine. Is there no regard for people any more. I can't believe a company would want this image on their business. When I called Worthy's to file a complaint I was trasferred to a staff person who was less than professional. She was very rude, argumentative on the phone. I would never utilize this company given the complete disregard they have for people in general

NEW CUSTOMER, BUT 3 MONTHS LATER STILL HAPPY. WE NEEDED COMPETITION IN THIS AREA AT A REASONABLE PRICE!
i would highly recommend this company they are always prompt and very helpful when you have a question about your service
