Fiesta Canning Company is a processor of chile products in the United States. The company produces 8 million to 10 million pounds of chiles each year in a modern facility located in Phoenix. The chiles are harvested from hundreds of acres of fields, fire-roasted, seeded and then shipped to customers. Fiesta Canning s chiles serve the Mexican food industry throughout the country. The company markets its chiles under the brand names Fiesta del Sol and Cochise Farms. Fiesta del Sol and Conchise Farms products include whole, stripped and diced green chiles and jalapenos; salsas, chipotle, red chile, taco and enchilada sauces, chili paste and a variety of purees.
