I had a great experience! I called to get some information on speech therapy and the receptionist was truly helpful! She had some great suggestions and even offered to send some literature despite the fact that I didnt commit to an appointment! A+

We have had to take my son to several speech therapists as we moved. By far, the staff at crossroads are the best. The therapists there were the only ones who would spend time to talk to me, and keep me updated on progress and what they have accomplished each session. Not only can I actually see improvement after EACH session, but Jake really enjoys it! (unlike everywhere else I have had to drag him to). His stuttering, [R's] and [S's] have all improved at a quick rate, not to mention my insurance is covering. All over great place. I'd advocate for them anytime.
