They used to be nice to me. They arent now. Caused the death of 1 of their patients, my ESA cat, she died an agonizing death few hrs. after they treated/ released her, mgr.gave horrible excuses later on. They ignored me for 3-1/2 days afer death, Im mobility impaired too & nobody from Maywood called to see if I needed help of their Burial contractor, I was here w/ her dead body 4 days. I gave them gifts: cakes, coffee, replaced styrofoam cups w /packs of 75 cups, I bought them sugar substitutes,I gave them 3 boxes of 100 non-dairy coffee creamer ( when Amazon had that on sale) wrapped up as a gift to Dr. Buccholz, also gave him a navy blue & white plaque, doggie pants for his dog Willie, etc. i gave Stacy a candle, tiny stuffed bear, artificial flower for her hair. I gave those staff girls my extra Hills/ Purina Feline Veterinary RX diet coupons for themselves or any client. They falsely accused me of felony I never committed, formerNicole accused me of trying to buy RX Vet Feline Diets w/ out an RX,when in reality the Other Vet had faxed them 2 RXs. including the current one& Maywood Vet had lost the RXs after agreeing to fill them on reciprocity. Mgr. changes like a Chameleon, does NOTHING when I am mistreated. I gave them $ thousands since 1998 & 5 of my animals as clients to them. They never gave me Senior Discount & lied to me late 2017 that basic appts. are $88.00, pay in full, no partial payments. I never defaulted on partial payments & they stopped allowing that, which is part of the reason Blackie died a horrible death. Mgr calls another Vets kindness in not charging me for xray a Discount Enough ! There is no Discount Enough on the death of my beloved Blackie. The mgr. doesnt answer my ?s, threw me out on bedbugs I do not have... ( I live in an older Historical Landmark multiple dwelling, 40 apartments), they have problems sometimes. They forced me out, never told me of multiple Discounts Dr. Buccholz has on the web: Referral Program rewards. Spring Wellness Discounts on exams & certain products. They never told me they are advertising accepting Care Credit ( on their website) Care Credit is a line of Credit where you make monthly payments! I sent electronic pictures of my cats horrible death June 2017 w/ ??s, ignored! Another tech made a comment about my 17 y.o. blind cat in 2013, I didnt sleep all nite worried about my other 17 y.o. blind cat ,& came in the next morning & tech made what I felt was an inappropriate comment, no Vet nor staff member would help me clear this up. When I explained to that tech my cat is blind & scared, she COMPLAINED that the Mgr. never told her my cat was blind! When I complained to Mgr. why didnt you tell the tech that my cat was blind when cat went into their hospital, Mgr. complained that it was written in my cats chart. Any nice thing Maywood Veterinary Clinic did for me was taken away. Mgr. threw me out threatening me w/ Police , then Mgr. comes up from behind me ( I was in wheelchair on noisy E. Passaic ST. & Im hearing inpaired! Dr. Krausman never returned my calls for help @ her other job, my 17 y.o. ESA bird was formerly her customer since 2012. I tried to make appts. for him & my new cat, Maywood insisted on phone $88.00 for basic appt. for ea. animal.,pay in full. I am 66 years old on disability , I was forced to cancel both appts. Look at the language people use on Ripoff Report: All Veterinarians. I was expelled from Maywood Vet Clinic on milder language than that. Customers writing bad reviews of Maywood Vet on the web used much more criticism than I did.
