I'd give no stars if it were possible! This company is overpriced! But the main reason I was disappointed in them, was that their water testing procedures were fraudulent! The rep. came to our house and did his middle school science presentation, using beakers and clear droplets of a chemical that turned our water in the beakers different colors, claiming it was the test for a variety of toxins in our water. What really made us know it was all a scam, was when we asked if he could test for radiation in our water. "Absolutely," he replied, as he pulled out another beaker and eye dropper. He actually tried to tell us there was radon in our water, by again, using his beaker and his little dropper filled with a chemical that oddly enough, changed to the exact same color as another "toxin" found in our water. DO NOT BE FOOLED! That is NOT the way to test for radio-active water! There are other companies out there. Research. We highly recommend choosing anyone but Rainsoft!
