Four Rivers Behavioral Health provides clinical, outpatient therapy and transitional living solutions. It operates William H. Fuller Memorial Substance Abuse Treatment Center. The agency administers an illness management and recovery program, as well as offers consulting, case management and medical services. Four Rivers Behavioral Health maintains the Regional Prevention and Education Center, which provides early intervention and community development solutions.
