Their service is terrible!! I bought an 09 and was "sold" an extended warranty that was explained to me would last until nearly 100000 miles with a stepped deductible. I thought it was a good deal, maybe too good so I asked him to explain it again. My husband as my witness, he reiterated that it was 60000 EXTRA miles making it expire at 93xxx miles and the deductible was anywhere from 25-100 depending on cost of repair. Three times he explained this to us. Then at 72xxx miles, my car acts up. I take it in and am told that my warranty expired at 60000 miles. I was furious but needed it fixed. They "fixed" it and I paid 325.00 for their "repairs". It was still doing the same thing. Then they looked at it again and said that it was something else that would require them tearing into my motor. They did this and called us with the problem. They said it was all fixed and would cost 625.00. The part was 9.00!!!!! We picked it up and didn't even make it out if the parking lot! Same problem except now it dies!! They took it back in and now I wait. They have absolutely lost all my trust and respect and if I had someone else I could trust to fix it, they would never be allowed to touch it again! I am furious and feel extremely ripped off and taken advantage of.
