  The long term success of the dental treatment we provide for you depends upon your continuing home care of your teeth and gums, regular professional exams, cleanings, x-rays and fluoride treatments. The products we recommend for you and the frequency of your professional recare visits depends on your individual condition. Those visits may be every 2,3,4, or 6 months apart depending on your oral health. With that in mind we offer the following limited dental warranties...
• Dental Sealants
  Bacteria and food particles that gather in the deep grooves of your teeth can cause decay. Dental sealants can solve this problem.

Restorative

• Fillings
• Resin Composite
  Composite resin fillings can be matched to the shade and color of your current teeth. These options are bonded to your tooth structure for a lasting support and treatment. They can be completed in one appointment.
• Veneers
  This cosmetic dental treatment is an ultra-thin, custom-made layer of tooth colored material. A dental veneer is bonded to the front surface of your teeth to correct damage, wear, and appearance.
• Crowns
  Dental crowns are designed to look and function as your natural teeth do. Crowns can be used to whiten, reshape, and realign your teeth. They can also repair tooth damage.
• Bridges
  Dental bridges fill the gaps caused by missing teeth. They also prevent your surrounding teeth from shifting.

Endodontics

• Root Canal Treatment
  This warranty does not include anything not mentioned above, including gum line desensitization, root canal therapy, night guards, nor does it cover damage to teeth or dental prothesis caused by accidents, trauma, neglect or improper use (e.g., grinding, clenching, chewing ice or biting non food items).

Prosthodontics

• Dentures
  We will warranty dentures and partials for a period of 5 years if a tooth or the denture breaks under normal use. Accidents such as dropping your denture or having it chewed by a pet are not covered. Due to the nature of dentures, we cannot guarantee your comfort or ability to accommodate these artificial replacements. Full upper and lower denture patients must be seen once every 12 months to honor the warranty. Patients with any natural teeth must keep up with their prescribed recare appointments (minimum recare appointment 6 months). Denture or partial relines are not covered by this warranty.

Implants

  Our procedure typically uses titanium as a replacement for your tooth root. Your dental implant will function like a natural tooth as it adapts to your jawbone.
