Nautilus Capital was founded by Laird Minor and Steven Cohen, both experienced mortgage secondary marketing professionals. Based in the Upstate of South Carolina, Nautilus helps mortgage lenders, banks and specialty lending companies to reduce their portfolio risk through the liquidation of aged or non-performing loans. Nautilus has successfully completed hundreds of transactions with a variety of clients nationwide, and to date has provided bids on over $3 billion of residential and commercial loans.
