Mauldin financial service consistently violate the Federal Fair collection act by making multiple phone calls within a 24 hour period. The call from land lines associated with the company as well as use their employees cell phones to make collection calls to attempt to hide whom it is calling. I would personally not recommend this company to anyone. They are rude in approach , make threats and also violate Hipps laws by discussing the account around other clients in the office as well as communication with spouses whom are not listed on the account, another violation of federal and state laws.
