These apartments look fine but once you move in the type of tenants they attaract are less than desirable. The best thing I can say about Matthews Reserve is that there are many dog owners, who unfortunately do not pick up after their dogs. This is fine if you want to fertilize the grass but not so good if you have kids who want to walk in the grass. The office has sent numerous letters to the tenants all to no avail.In my short four month here I have had a neighbor move in at 2:00AM and be indignant when I complained, had a neighbor let a not so friendly dog sun free, numerous problems with neighbors partying late or letting their kids run around noisily. Then there was the time the pool was closed because of human excrement....and not surprisingly from an adult not a child. And the best, police had to be called because of a yelling and almost fist fight by a tenant and one of her relatives.Avoid here at all cost.
