Roscommon Extended Care Centers was established in 2001, and is located in Mattapan, Mass. It provides long- and short-term rehabilitation services, and respite care for senior citizens. The center s staff includes medical director, nursing supervisors, physicians and therapists. It is certified by Medicare and Medicaid. The center offers several therapies, such as physical, occupational and recreational therapies. The center offers a wide range of care facilities that include hospice, post-surgical, respite, diabetic and ostomy care. It provides rehabilitative nursing, speech and language pathology; and nutritional counseling. The center also offers social service, wound management, stroke rehabilitation and pain management.
